fixed a problem, made a problem

I just had GuruAid clean my computer.  They got it working again, but next thing I know I can't open my windows full  size anymore.  I don't know what  they did, but it was just fine before they got into it.  Then they got real insolent and rude because I couldn't afford a 2 or 3 year subscription.  I ended up just doing the one time for $120.  They demanded to know why I couldn't afford more.  It was none of their business, but I had just forked over $3000 for a roof repair.  
Then I went in to  their chat session to see if they knew why I couldn't open windows full  size anymore.  The first one I talked to took my name and immediately ended the chat.  The second one I tried to talk to put me on hold and never came back on the line.  Am I ever glad it was only $120 and not $300 or more.    Stay away from these people!!
