I've received a negative item on my EXPERIAN credit report concerning an
account with GEMB/SHOPNBC and want to invesigate this account which I am totally unfamiliar with. Can you help me.  I would like to have a contact
phone number of someone at GEMB/SHOPNBC (a real person)who may assist me with this.

    Experian should be able to provide you contact information (address and phone number) of ANY company that puts a tradeline on your credit reports.

    Are you saying that you don't have a GEMB account or credit card, or that you have one but their credit reporting is in error?

    If you do NOT have an account with them, is it being reported directly by GEMB, or is it being reported by a collection agency?

    I too have had 2 inquiries within 2 weeks from GEMB.  One of them appeared just today.  There is no phone number listed and I'm not to happy about this.  I have no deliquent account, nor have I applied for credit, twice.

    If you call SNBC CS, (800-676-5523) they can provide you with the contact info for GEMB. GEMB governs the SNBC CC and should only be reporting to your credit in the case of issues concerning your SNBC CC or SNBC Master Card. If you have neither of these and have never applied for either I would consider it a fraud issue.

    I had GEMB show up as a hard inquiry on my Credit Report.  I have never applied for any loans or credit cards for a very long time.  Why are they damaging my credit rating?

    I traced the inquiry from GEMB that showed up on my credit report back to an Art Van furniture store account.

    I ordered Sterling silver black agate pendent with cord.   No Sterling silver bail as stated on TV and on website, it had a plastic cord Not cloth, it was a piece of junk like you would find at the dollar store!!! My first and only purchase and ShopNBC will not refund shipping either way eventhough it was misrepresented on TV and on the website,

    This ShopNBC is crap. Im thinking its a scam somehow, I"ve NEVER dealt with such poor customer service!!!!!!THey say I owe 8.00 and some cents, which I've sent, but moneybank got it, and now they cant get to it....I said im not paying again , and am now being harrassed everyday  at all times of the day... I cancelled my CC also! I plan on getting 60 minutes involved!! this is not right! Leave me alone!

    I am having all kinds of trouble with shophq customer service department they hand me off to collections they say my account is OK and then I try to order and it is blocked.  No one will take the time to help.  They say I owe $7.98 which I paid plus two more pmts.   Shame on shophq  customer service department.

    I receives a letter from a collection agency stating that I owe this GEMB/SHOP NBC  769.00. I have never heard of this company before. Never applied for anything from them.
