More important, make sure they aren't taking your money.
If they have your account information, either because you placed a trial order, or because they got it somehow, possibly by an order you place to another company, and are charging you for an order you never placed, you would be wise to contact your bank immediately to dispute all fraudulent charges and close your account to prevent future fraudulent charges.
