Do not buy this coffee. I have been waiting for a refund for returned unopened coffee since October. They will not even receive phone calls any longer. What can be done?

Your first line of defense with fraudulent charges is to dispute them through your bank, but you have to do that promptly. You would be wise to block any credit card number, or close any bank account they may have access to, as they have been reported to "reactivate" automatic charging on old cancelled orders.
Contact your state Attorney General, and the Illinois Attorney General.
