I too have been taken for a ride on the lie train that Monster resorts group runs on a daily basis. They are now closed down as of today they no longer exist, went there to find out why I had called severel times not able to book my vacton for my birthday or the following weekend. To my surprise they were still trying to be honest and make me happy, they can assist me with future plans I was told, I just wanted my money back. The thought that things like this can take place in America in todays day and age is unbelievable. How can I be sure that I will be refunded? Please help I work too hard for mky money I am a single mother of 6 and only wanted to assure that my children would be able to vaction in the same fashion that I was when I was growing up.

Is it Monster Resorts Group or Monster Vacations Group that is closed down? How do you know? I have been trying to get someone from Monster Vacations Group to call me back and was told that they are reorganizing. The people that I have spoken to always say that they work for Monster Resorts Group so I assumed that they are still in operation.

Monster Vacations Group is closed down and they are not going to reorganize.  That is just another lie.

I would like to join a class action suit if anyone is aware of one getting started against monster vacation group.  You are right, it is not reorganizing, in fact, Mark Spaugy is now selling for another company.  Go figure.  we have Mark Spaugy's contact information and have been trying to work with our credit card company to do charge backs.  We have still lost a lot of money and are willing to join a class action suit.

Monster Resort Group is still in business and has no affiliation with Monster Vacation Group.  Andrew is the owner of Monster Resort Group and is a great guy.

Dumbest move we have ever made in 47 years of marriage. All sounded really good at the time. I have tried 3 times to use it in the past 11 months to no avail. Either they have changed their hours, can't get a return call if i miss the first one , why can't they just email us the information we want ?  would also like to join a class action suit if there is one going on.

Our $199.20 yearly dues is now due.  What happens if we don't pay?  We are also out a lot of money

It doesn´t surprise me to read these types of comments, these developments always operate in unethical ways. I recommend you to read this article on how to get out of these type of scams:

I received a Robo call on March 27, 2018 about a vacation package. I had to take a survey of about three questions, (my objective is to waste as much time of theirs as I can) after the survey I was connected to Bailey she said congratulations for being selected for the free vacation. She then asked and I answered a few questions such as if I was over 23 years old and if I had income. I answered yes.  I let her talk for quite a while.  She said she was with MRG and then he asked me what vacation package I would like. I said “Is that MRG Promotions?” She said it was MRG which stands for Monster Reservations Group. I ask if she could give me a telephone number that I could call them at. She said she could not. I said that was because they were making Illegal robo calls. She argued that the calls were not illegal and I disagreed and she hung up. I kept them busy for 9 minutes!

I looked up Monster Reservations Group on line and called them at 844-648-2229. A guy answered I told him I had just received a robo call from some people that claimed they were with MRG. He did not seem to know what a robo call was but offered to forward my number to their sales department to be put on their do not call list. I said yes please and have them explain to you what a robo call is. I then said if you call me again I will call you again.
