I am not able to get a response from your company regarding my vehicle warranty.

I purchased vehicle extended warranty from MOGI; Great Choice agreement# MSB281312 on 8/25/2009 for $2640.00. I have been unable to get in touch with anyone regarding repairs needed for my vehicle. I have had two garages attempt to contact you and they have not been able to get any information either. My vehicle needs repaired and if you are not going to fix it I want my money returned as stated on pg. 7 of the GreatChoice policy. Failure to either fix the vehicle or refund the money will result in a lawsuit.
