Turkish Airlines have charged me twice for one booking and failed to refund a cancelled flight even though they admit full refund was allowable. I have made many complaints about these and other failures in customer service. They never respond to complaints and never allow access to anyone in their Company who can resolve very serious faults. Can anyone advize how I can redress these probvlems without engaging lawyers (which I will do in the last resort)
