Wanting to charge full price for service not working correctly

I have contacted Sprint PCS numerous times regarding my hotspot not working properly and having to sit and wait for it to pull up a web page for over 45 minutes to an hour and they first told me to do updates on the hotspot which did not work then they had me reset the hostpot which did not help....then they had me do more however they want to charge me 280.93 for one months service for my phone and hotspot when it has not given me the service that i agreed for. then when i call in to talk to someone about the bill they always want to give me a line of [***] and not do anything. example well the only reason your bill is so high is cause you have activation fees on there and it will be lower next month. next month i may not be with them due to the breach of contract they have committed.
