Paid $600.00 for cleaning couch with Ultra Shield Protection Plan when we purchased the Lazy Boy Sof

We purchased the Lazy Boy Sofa in June of 2016 and also purchased the Protection Plan for $600.00 which we paid for with our Bank of America credit card. Now we have a spot on our couch and notified Lazy Boy and the Protection plan and neither company will do anything about it. We are Senior citizens and $600.00 means quite a bit to us.  I have read the reviews on both Companies and evidently they scam quite a few people this way. Could you please look into this and advise?
