Missing Flight

I missed my flight from Manchester to Istanbul and from Istanbul to Mazare Sharif because of the Turkish Airline mistakes.
My flight was on 12/05/2015 with my husband and 3 small kids which we missed
They booked as on 14/05/2015
Not only this we had to wait for 2 more days in Turkish
Also needed to take visa there
I am a doctor and time is very important to me I had off days from 12/05/2015 so i missed my 4 days holiday which if it was like this I was able to work instead which I couldn't I lost around 2500 £ from my job not only this we spend around 500 £ every where for eating ,drinking and taxi etc.....
With 3 small kids and our logeges we faced many problems.
I am very unhappy from Turkish Airlines , that was my first time with Turkish Airline and the last.
Now I kindly request from you to pay my loss.
