Fraud company

Hello Guys I am Gaurav Pandey. I have work in ITSWS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. almost 7 months. I have nothing to say good about this company. According to ITSWS the month starts from 26th to 25th and the salary date is between 1st to 5th. But in these 7 months I never got the salary before 10th and some times the salary date went on 20th. And every 2 months i got salary in instalments like (5000+2000+3000) on three different dates. No Saturday off, no bonce on Diwali, no offer and joining later with stamp of company, no id card. And Even you can not ask about increment as well. And the company timing is 9 to 6.30 but you can not leave at 6.30 because they start to give you more work if you go at 6.30. There are complete 9.30 hours and the lunch is only 30 mints. 9 hours continuously on system. And these 9 hours become 9.30 because they can not let you at 6.30. It should be at least 7.00 PM. When you leave the company

One more thing they do not take notice period and do not give the salary of remaining days. I did not get the salary of 17 days. I was not able to do anything because i did not have any proof that i was working there because they did not give me offer later and joining later. No id card provide and what salary comes in a/c that comes the name of Awdhesh kumar not of company name.

So i suggest you if you want to join this company don't even think. I had lost my 6 months. I do not want anyone to make same mistake what i have made by joining ITSWS Technologies Pvt Ltd.

They keep themself absolutely safe and secure by not providing any documents to their employees. So that they can fire and stop their salary any time.
