Deceptive Billing

Beware when you sign up for a one-month trial to Archives .com.  After 20 months of billing on my AmEx account (yes, I no longer get a paper copy and hadn't noticed the billing) for a 1-month trial, I just noticed I have been billed monthly $9.99.  I logged in to my Archives.com account that I set up in May 2015 to see if I could cancel (I could and did).  There I saw my original order for the trial and under "auto pay" was written "No".  Obviously, that was ignored.  The parent company of Archives.com is Ancestry.com.  I submitted a complaint today and I also got AmEx to refund the past three months auto payments, as that's all they were allowed to do.  Not once since my original confirmation had Archives.com communicated with me about anything, and I only used it that one time.  This is scamming in my book.  Beware.
