Stole money from my account

I signed on for a package of 250 channels for 35 dollars a month, but every bill I got was 48 dollars or higher, never got the right equipment for 3 rooms, never got HDTV till they changed equipment 5 times in the first month,  I settled on paying 52 dollars a month after 6 months of bill issues but then they tried charging me for movies I never rented and other things to increase the bill even more, after a year I cancelled the two year contract to get rid of this headache, paid them almost 300 dollars to cancel, sent the equipment back, and they set me an email they got it in good condition, then two months later they took $14.15 from my account without my permission, they are thieves, stole money from me, so now I have my back trying to file a fraud charge against them on my behalf, dish says they have no need to return that money to me, they are thieves
