Has been calling for two weeks telling me I owe Publishers Clearing House for a check I bounced.
Who writes checks and I never would buy anything from PCH.  Says he is calling from Washington DC.
Kids screaming in the background and he has an island accent.  Told him to stop calling and hung up.

    876 is the area code for Jamaica, and PCH scams have been a problem there for over a decade - the Jamaican constabulary teamed with U.S. authorities in "Project JOLT" to stop the scammers.
