Booked a ticket online  ,upon cancelling it one week later due to my daughter's medical condition, cheapoair charged me $750 as cancellation fees and penalties

    Fadi, please provide your 8 digit booking number so that we can go over these charges. It can depend on how many people were traveling, the airline cancel and refund charges also are a factor. We will certainly review to make sure these are accurate charges.
