Service Repair man never showed up

I made an appointment for my Kenmore Dryer to be repaired.  Sears was to come out between 8 am and 12 noon on Wednesday, July 5.  I paid a person to stay and wait on the repairman.  At noon, I called American Home Shield and the representative told me the service window was between 10 and 1 Pm.  Well at 1 PM, no service repair man showed up.  I called AHS and they told me the repair man would be there by 2pm.  Well, at 2 pm no show.  The repairman called me at 3:00 pm and told me he was in Sugar Land, TX and was on his way to my house.  I left work and went home.  He never came.  I called him and got a voice message.  This morning I have been on hold since 9 am.  It is now 10:15.  I am on hold with the corporate office and the 800 number.  This is VERY POOR SERVICE.  Can someone please call me at 713-677-4627.  I believe I have chosen the wrong home insurance company!  I have had two homes insured with your company and when I bought my townhouse, I chose AHS because of the excellent service.  WHAT HAPPEN???????????????????????????  Kendall R Eiben
