I visited the Ross store #0662, on City Line Avenue in Philadelphia Pa.  on 9/16/2017 at 9:37am. Thus, this is a store I shop in quite often, and never had to endure such unprofessional, lack of customer service behavior from an individual; who clearly does not have the etiquette to represent any organiation relevant to customer service.  Moreover, my complaint is geared towards the dressing room attendant. So I approach the fitting room, and place my selected items on the rack,  in which this woman never opened with any greeting; and then proceeded to hand me my ticket number to try on my items. Consequently, after exiting the fitting room I proceeded to place the unselected items; I did not wish to purchase on the rack. This unprofessional individual decides to snatch the clothes in an aggressive mannner with an ignorant sigh. I decided to contact the store back to inquire about the corporate number for store complaints. The woman that answers puts me on hold, and then proceed to ask, if I would like speak with a manager; if which I declined. I went on to state my complaint, and describe the woman (heavy set, with a jheri curl style hairdo); the woman replies "that would be me." Moreover, this was same unprofessional woman I encountered at the fitting room. I continued to request for the corporate number, in which she replies with 1-800-BuyRoss.    Message to Ross, select individuals who clearly, and can intelligent represent your company as a whole. Stop asking customers to provide feedback, and you continue to employ individuals like this woman; who clearly is not happy with her job!!!!
