I am tired of receiving "this is your 2nd and final notice...."  I receive these almost every week.  I have had one every day this week.  I press 2 - "remove your name"  & they continue.  I do not have a balance on my cards. I am not interested in interest rate change.  I want them to leave me alone.

    Their dialer may be programmed to removed disconnected numbers from the call list.

    Find a disconnected number, call it, and record the 3 tone "disconnected number" signal, and put it on your answering machine.

    Or get a telezaper, which plays the same thing.
