646 453 1349 is being used to call my home from this company and when answered there is a hang up, and the calls come in 5 times a day every 32 to 45 mins a day sometimes.  this is pure harassment.  it is coming from PAETEC Communications, Inc.

    Paetec is a VoIP telecom.
    VoIP is commonly used by telemarketing call centers, as well as overseas scammers.

    File Do Not Call complaints with FTC.
    In addition, contact Paetec directly to report harassment by one of their customers.
