poor quality product

The dirt devil quick-lite cyclonic vacuum is the worst product I have ever used.... it SUCKS and not in the good way a vacuum should.
I thought I was getting a quality product at a good price but all I got was a crappy product... so I feel ripped off.... they should be ashamed to put their name on this product... I will never buy a dirt devil product again !!!!!
