After filing multiple disputes with my bank, am still seeing recurring charges against my credit card - this time for $99.90.

I've tried calling Trend's customer service lines & emailing as well. I'm going to change my credit card # as soon as I get this latest dispute settled.

Going to start a facebook page on Trend!

    When you are getting unauthorized charges, the FIRST thing to do is block the card number.  Let the bank sort out any chargeback or refund, if any ever goes through.

    Do NOT wait for disputes to be settled or refunds to go through, or you may be dealing with even more unauthorized charges.

    I got an email saying that my Trend subscription was about to be automatically renewed and my credit card charged. At the time when I first bought it, I used my mom's credit card because i didn't have one back then. Now I'm trying to change the credit card information (i want to use my credit card), i've looked everywhere on my account and can't find a way to change it. I can't even remove my mom's credit card information!!!
