billed 18.00 for unaurthorized magazine

I just received a collection letter for oprah magazine for which I've never have received. I will not pay for I magazine that I never have received.  I would like if we could take care of this.I will contact the aurtorities if this is not remove. Thank you.

    There are numerous complaints of the same problem, mainly with various Hearst publications.

    Just call the publisher and notify them that you didn't subscribe to this magazine.  That is reported by others to work.

    It appears that Hearst has a shady "customer rentention/collection agency", Sunrise Credit, that is signing up "customers", or sending out "collection letters" to "customers" who fail to renew.

    You can also file a mail fraud complaint with the U.S. Postal Inspector, as it is a violation of postal regulations to send bills through the U.S. Mail for unordered merchandise.
