trying to charge me $425 for 3 months of $29.99 service

there is no one to talk to there and emails bring back form letters. i signed up for internet and tv. unless you have no other choice for internet their service is horrible. my voip wouldnt work and the techs there will tell you that they wont.it is just barely above dial up speed so i got rid of that within 2 weeks. so all i have left is the 29.99 tv package and have asked that the bill be corrected. they have not done and im being charged about $150 per month. of course i havent paid and i cancelled the credit card on file with them.   i can only hope that they fix the bill or cancel the service so i can move on.  i wouldnt recomment them to anyone and i think
