This company ele*youth  Allure  (NOVA CARE ) uses deceptive  practices on that they tell you will be billed  $4.95 and that's  all later because  they now have your card number proceed to charge you $99.15 in my case .This I did not authorize them to do To add to the misery they say this is one of many continuing payments. You can contact  them but they want answer the phone and when they did leave a message it was Un- understandable .I reported the Matter to my back and made out a police report and will report this matter to my states attorney and the Office of the FBI.....

    It's a common cramming scam..
    You've outlined how they're all set up.  There's probably some "autoshipment" clause hidden in terms somewhere, made as hard to notice as possible, since you're not intended to notice it.  Then as you found, they will put barriers in the way of cancelling, maybe even just "lose" it or pretend you never called.

    Only safe way to handle it is..
    Dispute it through your bank, and block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.
