Fraudulent emails and threatening notices

I called "Chris Matthews" and informed him my attorney wanted to contact him personally and needed his address. Mr. Matthews hung up on me and did not take any more of my calls. I am turning this matter over to AARP and the real attorney general. How did this guy get these social security numbers? Not sure but I will make sure he doesn't do this ludicrous act of his on any one else.
