I just sign up today @ the same time was reading your polices for a dollar and then $14.99 each month out of my account," no thank you" so please CANCEL.

Welcome to the wonderful world of cramming scams.
If you gave them your account number, the only way to stop them from taking money for the rest of your life is to notify your bank that the account number is in the hands of a fraudulent scam, and have them shut it down.
In the future, NEVER authorize direct account charges to your checking account. Only use credit cards for retail or online purchases.
If you can't get a credit card, you shouldn't be dealing with suspicious shady sites, but then, you shouldn't be dealing with them anyway.
