Dangerous cars for rent!
Complaint

We rented a car from a Europcar agency in Huatulco, Mexico. With a worl;dwide company like Europcar, one would expect that there would be certain levels of maintenance of the car available. ON Jan. 25, we rented a car from this agency: first, I have to criticize myself, as I never should have rented the vehicle as it was in unsafe condition. First, there were two cracks on the windshield that ran the length of the window.
We also called to the attention of the attendanct that the right rear tire was bald, with little or no tread left. The attendant didn't seem to be concerned about the tire, saying that both front tires were in good condition. When I asked him to have the tire changed, he refused. Also, when I complained that all the documents and agreements that I signed for the rental were in Spanish, he said there was nothing he could about it. I will never, ever, deal with this cmpany again.
