Cancelled twice and never got my money back!!!

I spoke with two representatives and sent back the product and never received my money back.  I had to cancel my bank account so they  can't charge my any more and they keep sending me cards wanting for me to come back!!!!  The only reason I decided to cancel in the first place is because the product didn't work for me and you supposably could return the product and get your money back, guaranteed.  I didn't even do that because I felt it would be morally wrong to use a product and getting your money back.  I didn't want to steal or cheat them but that did not stop the company from robbing me.
