I also was scammed from this site. PDSSUP.com charge for $6.78 from my checking account came through.  I do not know anything about this company nor did I order, authorize or telephone this site to take money from my account.  There were also other unauthorized charges from IDINS for $31.98.  Identity theft support company.  They scammed me also.  I think these two companies are in together.  I had to close my checking account to stop unauthorized charges to keep coming through.  I made the mistake of using an internet payday advance company.  I think this is where my information was picked up even though the payday advance site stated that my information was private and protected.  Somehow my checking account number and routing number got out and I had many unauthorized charges.  My bank was gracious enough to refund all the charges to me but there should be some kind of investigation into these sites to help consumers from being fraudulently charged monies that are unauthorized.

I too have been scammed from both companies, this is the second time the 6.78 cents was withdrwn from my account.  This is crazy when I first went to the site they said to log in and enter my email address but now when I tried to do that I am unable to.  Your banks should do an investigation and get your money back.  I applied for a payday loan and I believed they shared my info.  [***]!!!!!!!!!!

    https://complaintwire.org/Complaint.aspx/p3CKAmpKBAAK1QjKIauXuQ

They appear to be connected to all of these: "theftprotectsupport.com" / "IDINS" / "idprosup.com"
Other reports show fraudulent charges appearing after consumers thought they were applying on-line for a payday loan, including reports of fraudulent charges from more than one of the above "companies".

Call your bank immediately to notify them that the charge is fraudulent and to close that account number to prevent future fraudulent charges.

Follow up with a written dispute of the fraudulent charge sent to your bank.  You must make sure they receive this written dispute within 60 days of the statement showing the fraudulent charge, so send it immediately, and send it certified, to the dispute address on the back of your bank statement.

Do NOT use debit or check cards.  Cancel any you have.  Use only credit cards at on-line or retail merchants, since it is less disruptive to cancel them after a security breach.  Use checks only with rent, mortage, or utilities, etc. (companies that you know).  Use ATM cards with PIN only at your bank's ATM machines.

I have the same $6.78 unauthorized amount coming out of my account each month and it is virtually impossible to get a hold of someone to put a stop to the deductions.

A few days ago (4/22/08) it was time for my account to be debit to repay the loan; as I checked my account only to find out that my account was overdrawn, knowing that I didnt have any activites going on but the money that I was to be  pay back to CashNetUSA loan. Unauthorized amounts on dates for ($49.95 3/31)($5.98 3/31),($24.98 4/08),($6.78 4/10), ($31.98 3/31), was on my bank history. I called the phone# without success.I Spoke with a guy by the name of Eddie Sanchez, from the number 866-886-1277, website IDPROCS.com, in return he wanted me to give him my account and SSN.  which I refused to give him. He put me on holded and never came back. I think this is connected with the loan that I received. The websites that is on my bank history is no help. Can anyone out there help us vitcims.
