They say there is no problem with my account but to lower my interest rates press 1 - I have tried to get them to stop calling and they just hang up on me instead - they are not associated with my credit card companies. How can I get them to stop?

They are basically unstoppable. They are calling me now for over a year, they refuse to take me off their list. One would think that after all the insult I am hurling at them that they would learn and stop, but no. Their whole operation is basically a phishing scam, collecting your SN, credit info etc, basically everything they need for ID theft. I would advice to "have fun" with them, give them completely wrong information, lie to them, stall them, insult them, be creative, but never ever give them any piece of real info.

I've asked these guys 5 times to take me off their calling list. They just hang up on me. I got one lady to give me their location, she said there was no supervisor for me to talk to and no phone number to call them back at. What I can't understand is that these guys haven't been shut down - this seems like a huge operation, how come the responsible offices haven't done anything about this???

I was contacted today.  I am on a do-not-call list.
    How do i prosecute them?

I'd like to know how to prosecute too, they are soo annoying.  I confronted 1 caller and asked the name of the company and she said account services, and then later she asked me the name and I said account services and she said wrong and hung up.  How frustrating, to put it nicely...

Go to the do not call website and report them, thats the only way to stop this.  I told them I was on the do not call list and they told me to "F*%$ off"!

Account Services has called me at least five times. The first time I hung up. The next time I asked to speak to someone, got a "funny busy" signal and then was cut off. This happened another time. One time a man answered and when I asked for the name of his company, address and phone number he hung up. Another time I pressed the "don't call me anymore" number (2?) but got two calls after that. I know this is some sort of scam. I live in a retirement community and know there are MANY people who have dementia (including my husband) and would give out information to their detriment. This should be stopped and given a huge fine. I wonder how many poor folks have been scammed?

I'm really tired of "Account Services" calling again and again. I'm on the "Do Not Call" registry for my home and cell phones.  They haven't call my cell since my last registration with the federal DNC but they've relentlessly called my home phone.  I just got a call a few minutes ago and when I pressed "1" to speak to a representative...she talked so fast and I said, I'm sorry, excuse me?"  She hung up. Whatever info you can find out about these people, please let me know. They called me at 9:00 Saturday night! I'm usually in bed at that time but happened to be up.

I was advised that what is needed is for everyone who is called by these criminals should file a complaint online with the FCC at: https://esupport.fcc.gov/ccmsforms/form1088.action.  Eventually, when enough people, complain the FCC will shut them down.
