shoe not delivered in 2 weeks

I brought two rainbow converse shoes from the www.theconverseshoes.info and made a payment of 84 USD on 12/10/2011.Its over 2 weeks now and i have not seen my shoes yet!Even the customer service is rude.What should i do?I tried to contact them over email and phone but their is no response from their side.Last week they removed the email and phone number from their contact page.Last day i received a call from these guys and they told me that i will get my shoes soon and they are sorry for all the troubles.
