Airtel 3G Data Card Billing Issue

Hi,
I am writing this to you in distraught state of mind but with utmost request for Airtel. I am a customer who always held Airtel very high but is very disappointed over course of past week.
I bought a 3G Data Card connection in October'2011 in Bangalore circle. My package is 5GB - 750/- Rental. For first 2 months, my bills amount were in the expected and usage range which were duly paid before the due date.
However, my bill amount for the month of December'11 generated on 4th January is 4412/- all to my utter surprise and dismal. I called up the customer care centre to seek the clarifications and clear the confusions, if any. But to my disappointment, the customer executive did not help me much and started to allege me for over-usage, something i never imagined from Airtel. Even then, i requested her to register my complaint and resolve the issue and she obliged and promised me that concerned department will revert to me in 2 hours (Complaint # 988382325 Executive : Shwetha). AND this NEVER happened. I called up customer care again but the situation did not move and we were back to square one. In next call, I told customer executive (Complaint # : 989211296 Executive : Sukanya) that i have used 4 GB uptill 23rd Dec (as per Airtel Message) and this customer executive told me that i have used another 4.3 GB from 23rd December to 4th Jan, which is highly unlikely of my usage pattern. But even after explaining this, they were not ready to believe and help me. Shall i mention that they hanged up on face !!!!
To my utter surprise next morning, I found that my connection was deactivated, even with my issue wide open and multiple requests to Airtel for resolution. I called up customer centre in morning and i was told by customer executive (Raghu) that if i pay this amount of 4412/-, my connection will be reinstated and my billing issue will be looked in over next days (Promised Resolution Date : 13rd Jan). Being a old customer with Airtel, i paid the entire bill amount even though it stand to be corrected. Worse to come, after paying the payment i requested them to reinstate my connection and i was told that i need to pay another 3352/- more because my unbilled amount from 5h Jan - 8th Jan is 3352/-. I could not believe my ears and can not imagine that i have used 8GB in between 3 days, something which you will also agree is not possible in a domestic connection.
AND my account is still barred leaving me high and dry.
Sir, i request you to immediate direct your team to look into this issue as this is discouraging for loyal and old customers. Furthermore, it pains me to find multiple such issues raised by Airtel subscribers on various forums in recent past.
