They have not setn my money back to me and this has been since September 23, 2011. If I soon don't get it back I am going to my bank and they will take care of it. Thi shas been a lon while now.

    This is terrible the way these people take care of ther accounts.This was cancelled September 23,2011 and I haven't heard a thing and I have been calling them all the time. I am done I am going to my bank this week.

    this place is a BIG RIP_OFF.  I paid $200 and could not recieve 1 call. we tried numerus times to get the money back and they promise to refund it. that has been at least 6 months ago. I want my money back. They need to be punished and put outof bussiness.

    I tried using this service and they never have me a number but still charged my bank account and agin 2 mo later they have charged me another 50 dollars. They keep putting me off when I call them about a refund! What do I do?

    I bought a plan for a year. Paid $400 for 2 lines and only used it for 3 months. Ive trying to get my refund for 12 weeks now and they just give me the run around. It's a bunch of BS. They have no managers or supervisors that I can speak with either. This company is such a rip off!!!

    You’ll never see a dime back.
    They sell their lack of services knowing the numbers will get blocked because they are simply a call forwarding scheme.
    There is no refund department, and the simple fact that they have no checks and balances in place to assure who is ordering their service which in turn compromises the security of the correctional institutions. The owner himself is a convicted felon who served time in jail and has had numerous federal tax liens and lawsuits against him. This is simply a predatory organization who take advantage of families during emotionally stressful and economically pressing times. Sales people actually get fired for not stringing their victims along, and in fact there are no customer service representatives, but rather all sales staff who are called the above.
