My account was charged for something I did not approve

I have a charge of $99.99 that was charged to my checking account on May 27th.  The code showing with the transaction is "playhelp# CA S5387145517078019  ref# 201705303.  There is no way that I could have generated that transaction as I was asleep at that time.  I had been playing the game, but I fell asleep while it was still going.
