Dear Sir/Madam,
I have noted that your company took payments out of my personal account without notifying me or receiving an order for this product a payment was taken on the 6th October 2015 for 63.44 euro and also 5th October 2016 for 51.19euro I do not have your company set up for a direct debit or standing order from my account. I would like you to reimburse me for these monies as I do not use any of your products.
This is a very serious matter and it needs immediate action on your part as you did not have permission to take monies from my account nor was I notified about this issue. I would appreciate it if you can remedy this situation and refund these monies to my account with immediate effect.
