charged my credit card never sent product

The credit card was not supposed to be charged until the item was shipped.  They never shipped the order and charged my credit card the day I ordered the product.  I e - mailed over and over and only got form letters in response saying how busy they were with this product.  There was a phone number to call ..I did twice and left a message no one ever called me back. Today I called my credit card company to put the amount over $55 in dispute.  Next thing I  know the woman tells me ok I will contact this company to see what is going on..then she comes back on the line and tells me that a company rep is on the phone and do I want a refund...of course I said .."yes, I want nothing to do with a company that is crooked and says one thing and does another.. I want a refund and will never do business with you again".. My credit card was given the credit that day. Call your credit card company and dispute the charge.
