Cancellation & refund

I contact the company to cancel the product & that I was charge $85.00. Which I ask for my refund at the time. I was told to take down the RMA #785239 to return. Audiley also said, "That I need a printout to return the item and I will get that by email.  It take 5 to 10 days for refund because the warehouse has to verify the return."
At this moment I have not received any email from this company at this time. People BEWARE!!!!
