Unwanted phone call

I just got a phone call from this number by a man saying he was with cardmember services. I told him I was on the do not call list and he continued to talk over me even when I threatened to report his company to the FCC. I finally just cussed him out and hung up. I usually NEVER answer calls from 800 numbers and this is why....
