Horrible service, mistakes made and no help after 11 hours of phone calls

Wouldn't honor the insurance, claiming it's the airlines policy, not theirs. Then re-booked - having to use a 'credit' from the original airline to then be told that they would only honor it if it was the originating country. We had a return flight from a country we weren't going to, so no help to get us a transfer. Multiple calls later and they 'finally got the airline to agree' while patting themselves on the back for being so helpful... sigh.
She re-booked and got the names wrong on the tickets. Called back, hours and hours on hold, being disconnected, transferred and talked down to. Only to then be told that they won't do anything, only call back 72 hours before the flight to make the correction.... on their mistake, that we discovered from the email confirmation and called back within the 24 hour correction period.
This company is a fraud.
Looking up flights on laptop vs. 2 mobile devices and got COMPLETELY different fares. Then won't correct their mistakes.
I will NEVER use them again. Whatever peanuts you save on booking with them is more than lost on aggravation and complete lack of service.
