CBE has made my life a nightmare. I am constantly harrashed several times daily. They left a message to call them at 888-542-6930. I am with the Debt Release Program for almost 5 months with Consumer Protection Legal Center (866) 213-0444

Google search shows it's apparently a collection agency
They woke me out of a sound sleep at 8:31 AM
1st & foremost, I owe no debts
2nd, when I answered, nobody was there. I kept the phone off the hook until the off-hook alarm.
If they were legitimate, they would have answered.
This constitutes harassment.

With 413 complaints against them at BBB & they STILL get an A+ rating makes me wonder about BBB's objectivity
I don't care if they "claim" they have all been resolved to the complainant's satisfaction or not,
There is NO "resolution" or justification for harassing calls to someone who owes nothing!
There's obviously a problem here, bordering on illegal collection procedures.
