I was told by a Mr Robin Smith that I had the grant, he just had to give me a password. He told me he was having technical problems and he would call back iin 5 minutes. After I didn't recieve any call, I called the number he gave me and it was a wrong number. He told me his supervisor's name was Chris Thompson. Fortunately he only got $3.89 from me. He also gave me an account number. In case this is not a fraud please contact me at maryannclark_1968@yahoo.com

If he got $3.89 from you, then he has access to your bank account or card number.
You better IMMEDIATELy contact your bank to block the card number, or close the account, to prevent additional much larger fraudulent charges, supposedly for some "monthly service".
If they do slip through additional charges, file fraud disputes through your bank. Your bank can reverse charges if you dispute them promptly.
