Never ship through Agarwal Packers and Movers (DRS Group)

I recently shifted from Bangalore to Gurgaon. The experience was pathetic. They took half the money in bangalore through cheque while in Gurgaon, they literally took me to ransom before delivery. They were unwilling to bring the truck till I paid them the rest of the money in CASH. Probably they knew they had damaged my stuff. They were unwilling to accept the cheque. They were ready to manhandle me when i told them to unload the stuff and promised to pay after the stuff was unloaded but they wanted the money upfront before unloading and before bringing the truck inside the apartment complex. Even after payment they didnt even unpack properly and broke several glasses. Some of the paintings and stuff were missing. Also the dinning table and chairs were broken. Shoe rack and one glass table was broken. Their customer care lady promised that she will send the carpenter next day to fix the dining but its been a week and no sign even after several follow up. I shipped my car through them and the bonnet lock was broken. The mud flaps were missing. I still couldn't figure out why they had to open the bonnet. The car was all dirty from inside, all dusty with feet marks on the dashboard. I have shifted at least 10 times before but never found such unprofessional and rude behavioured staff. NEVER EVER USE THEIR SERVICES.
