Over charging for sevices not availed

Yesterday (8 th March 2009) went to Thakur Village, Kandivali Mumbai IDEA outlet to charge my post paid mobile
I had subscribed to the US calling option as well.
I asked for Rs 222 recharge. To activate US calling option we have to pay Rs.79 per month.
When I asked IDEA outlet to activate US calling option the IDEA company deducted Rs 158/-for the month of January and February. I did not use and asked for US calling option for January and February 2009.
I failed to understand, why I am being asked to pay for these months? Further, when you buy this option it is valid for one month only and every month you need to opt for it.
I had to argue a lot with the IDEA Outlet manager and IDEA official.
In spite of all the protest Rs 158/- was deducted out of total amount of Rs 301/- I paid. Total credit shown in to my account was Rs 143/-.
This tantamount to be a gross cheating.
I demand Rs 158/- be immediately credited back to my account unconditionally.
Your own IDEA outlet franchisee admits that this is wrong and have shown his helplessness. He says that problem is from IDEA Company.
