dirty toilette on a/c 3 tier coach

Dear Sir,
I travel on 16th October from haz: nizamudhin to kuttippuram (Kerala state) on a/c 3 tier. When I enter the train I complaint to the staff to arrange clean the toilette. They told me cleaning staffs are on the train they will come to clean at the next station. After few stations no one come to clean. And next one station I direct complaint to TTE he visit my coach and he angry to one of the staff (he arrange pillow, blanket to passenger) the staff told him the toilette also cleaned. But TTE not satisfied his answer and he agree to me the next station in boppal i  arrange the staff should be cleaned. Also I send message to the station master. But unfortunately up to the kuttippuram station no one come to clean. Then I write a complaint on your register book in guard room. Still I didn’t get any reply if my complaint any one read or hide?
I would like to know what action railway take against my request.
