I to my bank, to take money out, and was told I had a negitive $128.00. I never received a letter, I will get an attorney, what Mary Jane Elliott did was illegal, she needs to be put out of business.

    They have a record of complaints alleging obtaining default judgements and garnishing bank accounts following "sewer service".

    Get an attorney. They may even be taking your money over a default judgement they obtained against someone else, or that they obtained through sewer service against you, for some debt that wasn't even yours.
