Loan Modification and short sales

If you are planning to do a loan modification or short sale with bank of america, get ready for : bad customer service, they request the documentation many time, i have 2 months trying to do a short sale, and called today, was informed that my file for loan modification still open: WTF, i never requested a loan modificaiton, they denied me this many times, careful when you deal with them
