When you initially sign up with this company to run an at home website business, they ask you to pay $2.99 for their kit.  Okay-NOT a big deal.  But this morning I went to see if my husband's check from work had cleared and our balance was significant difference from what it should've been. This company went and took another $139.99 out of my account without authorization.  Never in the sign up did it say that they would be charging more money for the sign up.  And when I email them, it responds with an automated response, it's now been 4 hours and I haven't heard anything from the "team member" that is supposed to respond, and when I call the phone number provided on the site, it tells me that the mailbox for that user is full.  If that wasn't enough reason NOT to sign up with these people, to make your actual money, you have to pay an additional $49.95 before they'll market your site.  BS!

This is a common fraudulent charge cramming scam.

There is no way beyond shutting down access to your money to stop them from continuing to take it.

File fraud disputes with your bank, and have them block the card number or close the account due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.  If you dispute within 60 days of the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, your bank can reverse them under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

File fraud complaints with FTC, your state Attorney General, and at www.ic3.gov

Thank you SO much for posting your experiance with these people. I was about to sign up and things didn't really sit right, but like you said 3 bucks wasn't that big of a deal...however, I decided to check into it more and I am so glad I did!
I wish people wouldn't fall for these scams...then there wouldn't be so many. :(

Ummm...If you read the Terms and Conditions it tells you all of that.  They are ment to be read. It is your fault for not getting all the info before you started.  How else do you think they make money?

You will have a 5-day trial period (billed at 1:00 AM EST on Day 6) from your original purchase date to decide if the Home Riches Kit program is right for you. At the end of your 5-day trial period, you will be charged a fee of $139.99. From this point you will have 30 more days to utilize our accelerated training course. You do not need to do anything to continue receiving full access and will be charged $9.99 every 30 days after as long as you keep the service and do not cancel.

Why these people cheat like this???
Mostly house wives and jobless people try these sites. And taking money from these people is too bad, making them suffer more. Please stop these kind of theft. Steal from those who have no idea what to do with money.

that is so bad, I signed up for it 2 days ago and then I read all the kinds of bad reviews and I called right away to cancel it.

hopefully I will only lose 2.99 and they said they would not charge anything else to my account, I keep an eye on that...

Damn. I wish I had found this before I paid. I figured for $3 I could certainly spend some time doing data entry or research. I had no idea that you had to build websites and that there were extra costs for everything. I just bought it an hour ago and I have immediately gone back to them to ask for a refund and to cancel the account. I'm also going to let paypal know they are a scam and see if I can get my money back and flag them so they can't use the account.

I sent an email request to cancel the account and the only thing I have gotten is a message telling me I am in their support que.I can't find a number to call to ensure they are canceling it. I did ask paypal to review it and I am hoping they will reverse the charge. I am going to call my credit card on monday to make sure they know the item is in dispute and to not allow any more charges. I don't know what else to do.

If you find the number to call and cancel please post it.  My daughter came in and x out of the site before I could finish getting all the information and now I don't even know the site to go to.

I cancelled mine the night I signed up becaue I realized it was fake. I still got charged the 139.99 so the 5-day trial period is CRAP. There is no number and no email to ask them to give my money back. I am calling my credit card company now.

    So Smart
Rule of thumb, if it's to good to be true, it probably is. Always remember too that if they want YOUR money, its fake. It's nothing what it says to be! I see to many people getting taken for their money. Don't spend a dime on get rich quick or the make all this money crap sites. Think when you started a job before, did your employer ever ask you to pay a fee up front to work and start making money? NO. Same concept. Their are legit one's out there but you have to dig deep and they won't charge you for anything. And in all actually, you have to attend a school do this type of work. Where you work at home. You have to enter transcripts and how that works is you bill the companies that you do this for and that's how you get paid. I had a friend that did it. You have to either go to school for that. Don't be fooled by these overly fake pictures! I love how one pic has the the check right in front of the "Infinity" symbol. Yeah, that was probably taken by the person stealing all of your money!

"It is a scam. It gives you information on how to use clickbank.com An affiliate marketing website where you post ads for products and get paid commision for anyone who buys that product after clicking the link in your ad. Clickbank.com is free to join. There is not actually some secret access that you're paying for like they tell you. This is the first part of it. The second part tells you how to sell this info to other people. It comes to you in an ebook and you advertise for this work at home opportunity and sell the ebook to other people. One big scam cycle. I fell for it. People sell it cheap cause when you look at it, you think "Oh, even if it doesn't work, that's not much money." You get 100 people to think that way (people who are trying everything possible to make money for their families) and $3 each, you pocket $300" - FLMom 26

WOW!! I tried to post this one a bunch of comments I think is attached to the actual site that is set up to fool ppl with pictures and lies of "real" testimonies and they actually have to approve it first!!! What a crock of crap!!!

READ THIS LINK!!! IT'S VERY HELPFUL! SEE WHAT REAL PEOPLE HAD TO SAY!!!

Done, done, done, done, done I tell ya! I was sucked into paying the initial $2.99 then sent to a site called Home Website where you are given the "privilege" of running 1 website which is quickly explained as not being very lucrative! You're then given the option  to "run" 10 sites if  you pay the extra... blah blah blah it goes on & then you're asked to upgrade including add ons & marketing tools! I was clicking this, entering that, confirming PayPal accounts basically being totally sucked in! I found out pretty quickly it's all a big scam & have been successful getting most of the money back from Home Website however now I see that tonight Home Riches have taken the next piece of money out of my bank account... $139.99 without officially being authorised! Absolute nightmare, can't believe these scammers get away with it. I spoke to my bank & have been told I can submit a transaction dispute form & will most likely get my money back! Such a hassle, seriously! Stay well away from Home Riches, Home Made Website & Dot Com Marketing domains. They don't work & will do your head! Nice to know that they're not Australian based though.

It's very important to read the terms and conditions - I thought about signing up for this but then after I read the terms, decided not to.  They tell you about the $139 and that you are authorizing it by not cancelling, why do people ignore these things?  I don't know if the program works or not, I don't have that much money to spend right now.  But, some people are too quick to check it out first.  The customer service number is Toll Free Customer Service: Phone: (877) 867-3750
International Callers: 661-621-9639, which is also listed in terms and conditions.

    Thanks!

Well I want my money back for this it is false advertisement to do this to people. The only way to make money on this is if you just keep spending more money then what you have. It is very unfair that you take advantage of people for doing this. And yes I have tried to contact you people and all I get is either a busy signal or a recording which if this is the case then I will have my bank stop the payments and also contact the BBB so they know what kind of site this really is.
