1.SAID THEY WOULD BE HERE BETWEEN 8-12
2. AT 10 AM CONFIRMED THIS
3. AT 12 SAID HE WAS ON HIS WAY
4. SAID HE COULDN'T COME UNTIL 3 AS HE HAD A BIG JOB. SO OBVIOUSLY THE PREVIOUS OPERATOR LIED.
CLEARLY LET THIS LAST OPERATOR KNOW THAT WHILE I WASN'T HAPPY I DID NOT WANT TO CANCEL AND WOULD UNTIL 3. SHE WAS VERY DEFENSIVE WHEN I COMPLAINED.
5. CALLED TO CONFIRM THAT THEY WERE STILL COMING AT 3. I WAS TOLD THAT KAILA, THE LAST OPERATOR I SPOKE TO HAD CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT. THIS VINDICTIVE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND DISHONEST PERSON WAS INSULT TO INJURY.
INITIALLY I READ THE BLOG BUT SINCE WHIRLPOOL HAD SET UP THE APPOINTMENT I WENT ALONG. SADLY I HAVE JOINED THE GROWING HORDES OF UNHAPPY FORMER CUSTOMERS OF A%E
