I called and cancelled membership last year, but when I ordered a bank statement, I saw that I'm being charged $29.95.  I need to be reimbursed for these payments and have future payments stopped.

    I am being charged $33.00 for something I did not order.  I don't know how long this has been taken out of my check.  I need to be reimbursed and have future payments.

    It's a cramming scam..
    You can't rely on them to cancel, since they are in business to keep making these charges whether you want their product or not. They will simply "accidentally lose" your cancellation.

    Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges, and have them block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further fraud and theft.  Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

    If charges go back further, file a fraud complaint with your state Attorney General.

    I would like my subscription cancel asap. I have been trying from some time in 2021. I forgot my password I try to set up a new one but I am having trouble getting through. Every month the fee is taken out of my account but I am unable to get service. I will be happy if the cancellation can take place soon. So I won't have to pay January.
