Download of Macafee virus/internet protection

My fiancee had purchased matching phones for us both new in Nov of 2016. On 3/2017 I found myself facing a legal battle with my landlord of which I had alot of information on my phone when I just stipulated to move based on substandard conditions and his lies. While I was in a motel in the middle of night I woke up and phone was displaying a bold message that my phone had been locked by Macafee. Directed me to call buddy lists provided at initial setup. Since my fiancee was there with me he took phone back to metro to just do a reset on phone. My daughter was one of my buddy list numbers but she got no message from them at all. When calling Macafee they three times told me conflicting reasons for the lick down. They said first that I downloaded an expired Macafee internet protection app and it had expired two days prior to downloading. However I do not just download anything and I also change my phone settings to where Macafee is not a device administrator to be able to lock down my phone. Also for other suggested reasons UNSAFE wifi, and for location which I don't keep on. Besides what would expired all's be doing in Google play store anyway. However they received an alert message but would not be consistent on one that would justify locking me out of phone when I needed it most.
1) It wasn't lost, 2) I don't use wifi 3) If it was expired why wasn't I notified instead of being unprotected. Needless to say each CO blamed each other but I first started with Macafee, then Google products, even zte manufacture but all three put me on the sidelines and finally I contacted service provider with cell phone service which ended up lieing to me and totally swept under the rug the illegal offering of expired apps under Macafee. Never was it resolved and that seems to be an open invitation to other apps I am hearing being avail through Google play store of which are malicious and virus filled. So be careful to not do as this nation wants from ITS citizens and that is purchase through stores online, give info, or better yet get you to INPUT ANY RELEVANT INFO. I have found it has been a sea of criminal intent just testing us all through apps like trial and error. Meaning what works and what doesn't for their deep pocket issues just like Enron and the rolling Blackouts This state in CA has seen in past. Each LLC is constantly looking to brain storm new ways to set up other scams so keep your contacts unlinked. Don't cast a like or review through maps, don't online bank, and for God sakes stay on top of your credit reports because through collection agencies info is sought to cloud like say the tittle to your house....it's the same concept. Do not call people back without recognizing number. Recently I've been seeing numbers that appear to be family but find them scrambled and not family when I pickup the phone. Folks this world is a money hungry world of which most fraudulent setups include a tech who is familiar with software to manipulate or cover up the little ilegalities by partnering of which the companies indicated in my complaint have done.
